“内-外复合承载结构”支护技术在软岩巷道围岩控制中的应用

Application of inner-outer composite bearing structrue supporting technology in soft rock roadway surrounding rock control

摘要: 为控制刘园子煤矿巷道围岩强烈流变现象,保证长期稳定性,采用现场测试、数值模拟、井下试验及矿压观测的方法,综合分析原支护下围岩变形破坏特征及原因,提出“内-外复合承载结构支护技术”并应用于软岩巷道支护实践中。矿压监测结果表明,应用该技术后,锚杆受力稳定,巷道围岩位移较小,无明显离层现象,围岩稳定性增强,对类似条件下软岩巷道治理提供一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: Liu Yuanzi coal mine is a typical soft rock mine, the coal seam and its roof and floor have low strength, easily mudding and expanding when encounter water, soft roadway surrounding rock easily occur large deformation and serious failure under high stress. In order to control roadway surrounding rock’s intensive rheological phenomenon and ensure long-term stability, used field test ,numerical simulation, underground test and mine pressure observation method, proceeded a comprehensive analysis of characteristics and reasons of surrounding rock’s deformation and failure under original supporting method, putted forward "inner-outer compound bearing supporting technology and applied in soft rock roadway supporting. Mine pressure monitoring results show that after the application of this technology, bolt stress is stable, displacement of surrounding rock is small, there’s no obvious separation phenomenon, the surrounding rock stability is promoted,and providing reference for the management of soft rock roadway under the similar conditions.
